Recommended Temperatures

The G10 Hobby build plate includes the ArUco code for the Bambu Lab High Temp Plate, which is a good starting point for temperatures to use. However, TPU should be printed at ambient (unheated) temperatures. NOTE: White G10 should use the Textured PEI Plate setting.

Here are the suggested printing temperatures for G10 Hobby plate, which may require some experimentation depending on the specific environment of the printer.

Material types not listed here are not generally recommended.

PLA

50-60°C

PETG

65-75°C

TPU

Ambient temperature

ABS/ASA

100-110°C

Let the Fun Begin!

I loved my G10 so much I had to buy the whole lot! Carbon fiber plate is next! Can’t go wrong with Darkmoon and the amazing customer service. Picture upload not working but I grabbed both G10 plates, Satin and ICE

Flawless Printing - Zero Maintenance

Took the plate out of the box, put it in the printer. No cleaning, just wiped some specks of dust off with a cloth.

Zero issues with printing, everything sticks, everything releases, just like you expect from G10. For those familiar with the Lightyear G10 plates this is thinner and more flexible. Downside is the plate won't resist warping the way a heavier plate will at really high temps on big parts prone to warping (solution there is to clamp the edges down). Upside is the flexibility makes it easier to get stuff off and Lightyear is out of business so you can actually buy this plate.

Worth every penny. Looking for "one build plate that does everything and does it well"? This is that plate.

Sticks great when warm, easy release when cool. No need to use a scraper when removing. I have only used for PLA so far and prints perfect with no glue. Leaves a very smooth finish.
